The fact that the Principal didn't use the intercom, but stepped out from his office to our class to get us himself spelled the words TROUBLE.

It was my problem, our problem.

My cross to carry and his cross to carry.

But they got dragged into it. They got dragged into what they didn't ask for when they had enough on their plates already.

And they should hate me for it.

Right?
