Guest from the Shadows

A short story about Gianna and her mother. It details the strange yet close relationship between mother and daughter. Gianna is rather ashamed of her mother's choices in life. She wishes to take the moral high ground but remains loyal. Her mother is all she has. They arrive at a funeral for a close one and the story unfolds.
