Love is patient, Love is selfless

Love is hopeful, Love is kind

Love is Jealous, Love is selfish

Love is helpless, Love is blind

And most of all

Love is Pain.

Is it possible to a person to be so broken by "love" ? The man I thought was mine turns out to be the biggest monster in my life. How can I overcome this pain that love has caused? I am the only on here that is suffering and he seems just fine as if putting out bond to the side does not matter.
