AN & OC Explanation

Yang was the Black Dragon. The one that was never heard in legends. Since the beginning of ancient times, the one that possessed the Black Dragon power would use it for whatever they liked.
Yes it was her voice, her angelic singing voice. It lures people, and she's allowed to decide what to do to those people. Would she do the same as the pervious Black Dragons before her or would she use it to protect her precious friends from harm?
