Enrico De Leon was the imperishable king of a Latin gang named Deosene, based in New York City, which employed itself in drug cartel, human trafficking and weapon trade. Hours later, a picture of the King in handcuffs was published and publicized all over the city followed by the suspicious and enigmatic discovery of Officer Martin's charred corpse.
