On the inside E-LINE messes with human biology and genetics, and kidnaps people to experiment on. They've unlocked the technology for cloning people, and are performing operations that the government turns a blind eye to. That is, until they created something they weren't able to control. One of these clones isn't like the others, they've made a mistake bringing him back from the dead, they've made a even bigger mistake hurting him, and he will do whatever it takes to destroy his creators and wreak havoc.
