After learning that some of Earth might be inhabitable, M.I.O.E.S (Mars institute of earth studies) Dispatches Toby, a 16 year old boy studying (and top of his class) Earth and its survivability. Toby needs to find the Rover that sent the negative radiation samples before the harsh mother Earth kills him or will the human savages get to him first...?
