The Hunger Games happen every year as punishment for what the districts had done years before. Kyle is 18 and it's his last year to worry about being picked a tribute. That is until his 12 year old sister is reaped and he volunteers to save her. He failed to save the love of his life the year before but he won't fail again. Let the 68th Hunger Games begin.
