1. Prologue

After Richard John Grayson watches his parents fall to their deaths, he isn't taken in by Bruce Wayne. Instead, his grandfather William Cobb takes him. He is taken to the Court of Owls, where it is decided that he will become a new kind of Talon; an Owl.
