Sugawara goes through all his pressure alone. The weight of perfection slowly crushing him to death, whilst nobody's looking. They all think he's perfect, they all think he's fine. But what happens when the pressure gets to be too much? He's already torn at the seems, and now that everything is crashing down so fast, he can only see one way of stopping it.
