Athena Hughes always dreamed of attending Medical school. As a child, she wanted nothing more than to live a fulfilling and complete life.

Now 21 years old and in her final year of university, she's quickly realizing that the future she'd spent nearly half her youth fantasizing about isn't quite panning out the way she anticipated it would. Tormented by the lingering memories of the failed relationship, she's realizing the only hope she has of living a meaningful life is to explore her painful past. To do so, she must delve deep to answer the most puzzling question of all: Where did it all go wrong?
