When Unalaq tries to free the spirit of chaos and darkness Vaatu he unknowingly breaks ancient spirit bending freeing its true form.

Sukara has not had her spirit, soul, and body in the same place for nearly 20,000 years and adjusting to a new world is going to prove a challenge.
