Friends Since Childhood

Maxine Fisher has had everything taken from her. Her friends, her freedom, her chance at a normal life, her love... She was the best friend of Steve Rogers and James Barnes ever since she moved to Brooklyn from England. They were inseparable. But, In 1931, Maxine had to move out of Brooklyn with her father to go back to England, to help out her extended family during the Great Slump(look it up). In the '40s however, they are reunited through the army... but not for long...
