In which 50 humans are selected for The Frost Trials and only 5 will come out alive. Through snow storms and betrayal, alliances are forged, friendships are made; and broken. But the underlying danger of The Silent; monsters known to have wiped out 99% of the human race 50 years ago, still remains.
