This was originally a tease to stop the two boys from spamming. But slowly, day by day as Aru and Ara kept shipping them together for no reason, Cano and Rix slowly fell for one another. One day, Rix got the hanahaki disease and he couldnt stop coughing out beautiful green flowers and flower petals. The girls noticed this and started shipping even harder. The difficult thing was that Rix was a tsundere and neither boy wanted to admit their feelings to one another.
