They also use a fake name instead their real name because thats how it works. They have this called sisterhood, brotherhood, sisbrohood, ranterhood, writerhood, squad group, gang, family and falling game. You can join there to have a friends or a family not by blood. By joining their you should change your sn according to the founder or the one who make the hood.
