Prologue

Joining the Intergalactic Space Federation has never been a goal of Liana Walkins, however when opportunity presents itself, she takes a chance. Life in space is far different than anything she has imagined or experienced before. Before long, she is questioning everything from her life's origins to the world beyond the galaxy. Armed with only her knowledge, a ramshackle martian space crew, and a woman she finds herself strangely drawn to, she finds herself trying to solve a mystery that has plagued her life since childhood.
