"What?" he said coldly.

She leaned in and whispered, "You're gay."

Beatrice (B) Thompson has just died. Well, that is, she got hit by a car and her heart stopped. But when Death comes to collect, he's shocked to find her breathing and healthy. After several gay jokes being made about him, an outraged Death tromps to the court of seraphs; only to discover that B is the one and only Immortal, fated to be his accomplice and traveling companion for all eternity. Great; an eternity full of fart jokes and Taco Bell. Juuuust what Death ordered.
