This is just stuff about what I know people go through. Somebody needs to be there to help, and even if there is, you need to have an extra source.

This is some stuff that I have been through hat I thought I might be able to help somebody with. Because I know what it feels like to go through some stuff.

Other people know what you are going through, though it is not always the fact of people going through the exact same thing as you. Nobody experiences the exact same thing.
