A person buys a 5 star hotel room.

He buys it for a large amount of money but Doesn't get what he paid for; the place is a horrible mess filled with rats and it reeks of rot. The walls are falling apart and the ground is uneven. But there is something special you'll find out about when you read. there's a reason it's called room 31
