Zenitsu being Zenitsu, doesn't want to be embarrassed for being single.
Now that he met again his close friend and now he has a W-WIFE!!!!!!????? A WIFE I SAY!!!!!!
How could he get a wife first before him?!!!!
He will do anything to not let his friend know that he is single and with that he had a fake relationship with Kamado Tanjiro.
