PROLOGUE

9 years after nuclear bombs are dropped all over the United States, Carter Dunn begins to uncover secrets that terrify him. A second bomb is being planned to drop, but in order to stop it Carter has to build an army in just 9 months. Mutated creatures roam the earth, and so do power hungry people. Carter can only hope he has the means to stop utter destruction.
