Chapter 1- Hospital rooms

Rosemary Blythe was always determined to make something of herself, and not just waste away in a crime riddled corner of Gotham. But when she becomes the object of Jokers experiments and his target, she quickly finds herself caught in a battle of super hero vs super villain.

Tw: Drugs, abuse, light self harm kidnapping and death of a parent.

Will have romance between O.C and Jason Todd, both of whom are 21 in this. Don't know how often I'll update but I'll try to as much as possible.
