When Ford was turned to gold and Mabel trapped in her bubble Dipper did the one thing he could do: he made a deal with bill. His life in exchange for everyone else in gravity falls. If he tries to escape or dies then bill is free to torment the town however he likes. He's now a slave to bill having to do whatever his master wishes of him. This is my first billdip so please don't hate me for it. I got the idea from the story enslaved by a demon, written by @oOFandomsOo I highly reccomend you check them out, so you may see some similarities there. In this story dipper is 17. Having him that age is the only way I feel comfortable writing billdip again please dont hate me for it. I'll warn you this has smut in it so if you don't like it just don't read it.
