Preface

When Phantom's mixed bloodlines is found out, she is forced to flee from the elvin world she grew up in, her mother escaping to the human world with her, the elves live in Eclipse, the world in the shadows while the werewolves and humans live in harmony, the human oblivious of their deadly neighbors. They take shelter with Phantom's father, Leonard Holland and Phantom is drawn into the human world, enrolling into the private Academy of Midnight Meadow as Amy Holland. She, again, has to hide, amongst the humans and not knowing that the elves still hunt for her. She soon becomes friends with her roommate who is friends with charming Gideon Lawrance, who is also infuriating and hard to read. Soon after she realizes the danger of her new human friends as they grow closer, as that happens, invisible doorways start appearing, warning that the elves are closer than they seem.
