Introduction

The S.C.C, or Secured Containment Center, is a base where all creatures and humanoids with unexplainable powers and/or hybrids are held for study and protection in order to hopefully explain and guard the people of the world. It operates under the Камно as a city-state like base located close to the Камно-Lastation border.
