Who was Jeffrey

This is the story of Jeffrey Dahmer as requested by a reader this is an interesting case. Like always ill be giving my opinion on the case at certain points however unlike the other books I've made I will refrain from showing pictures, this is due me not having the time to place in these pictures in a way as to not disturb people, if I put a picture in however it will be in black and white.
