Prologue: Lost

After moving to a new town to escape whatever has been chasing him, Ariel Brahms must blend into the crowd to keep from endangering himself. As a last request from his parents he must stay alive. He swears to himself to stay quiet and secluded for the sake of other, but what happens when a certain eccentric boy jumps into the fray and he is not all he seems to be.
