River Lee is the youngest and the strongest out of all the bionic kids with the abilities to manipulate metal, water and electricity. He was adopted by Donald Davenport when he was 5. When the team meets Leo things become a little chaotic. River's feelings towards Chase become exposed and other large secrets about River. Rivers world is about to become a little bit crazy.
