Chapter 1: Departures

A commander must be strong. He must be fit. He must ooze confidence and reek machismo. Unfortunately, Azur Lane hasn't found a person of this caliber yet. So they make do with another person. Qualified, to be sure, but certainly not what the kansen expect. Handicapped, the commander can do little else than face his inadequacies, else he collapses against the real pressures of responsibility.
