Everything usually starts are happy and bright....until things take a darker....much darker turn for the worst. Imagine your regular classroom the jocks, nerds, preps, wannabes, and the goths. Now place them in a different dimension, where most of them have no chance of living there, and only certain ones will overcome the death and be selected by a much bigger force that over powers everything....and then you have Ransom of Blood....
