Making it into an Academy as prestigious as Beacon is difficult in its own right and the pressure to do well when you make it does not help. But imagine that pressure being dialed up to eleven when certain students of Beacon Academy are shadowed by recruiters. Now imagine those recruiters being given authority equal to that of staff members are also graded alongside the rest of the students. Not so laid back anymore, is it?
