When Josh Gladdin moves to Inksville, Georgia her whole world turns around. After her father had commited suicide and her mom ended up pregnant because of an affair her whole life seemed topsy turvy. Until she meets someone who might make her life stable and enjoyable. But coming out to her mom as a Lesbian can be a scary idea especially when her mom is in the West Boro Church who hates gays.
