When an obese cat named Jim breaks out of a humane shelter, Jim the Cat decides to goes to the New York city, venturing into alleys,streets,and dumpsters, he is determined to " Find himself". along the way he discovers he has the strange ability to shoot lasers out of his eyes due to a catnip overdose. Now he needs to figure out if he should use his new found powers for good, or to destroy humanity with one rainbow colored laser beam of death, and become a all powerful cat god.
