This story takes place in the year 1964, where the outsiders originated chronologically. Paris Williams, a not-so-wealthy eighteen year old was forced to move back to her childhood home, Tulsa Oklahoma. There, she works at a waitress at a pretty well known spot around town and eventually meets up with some forgotten friends. not so good things happen and she goes down a rocky road, though everything pays off in the end.
