Have you played it? One of the Cards from Kindergarten: Man With Long Arm. A freak accident gave him a long arm, but took that length from... somewhere else.
Yeah, this game ain't for kids. We also see murder, self-mutilation, suicide, child abandonment, monsters, a janitor with a questionable past, and child kidnapping. So, yeah.
