Like the Deaf Bakugo AU but Kirishima gets hurt instead.

Kirishima is badly injured in a battle during his work study. Thankfully, Bakugo's agency was also covering the same attack and he saved Kirishima. But when the two learn about Kirishima's possible end to his future of becoming a hero, Bakugo does everything he can to help his best friend.
But what if they become more than that?
