There's once a boy named Akarui Hopes who dreamed of becoming a wizard. At one night, a mysterious phenomenon known as the Solar Eclipse where the creatures are born with magic called Phantoms. His parents, who are the Magical Hunters, ended the event which ultimately caused their lives as heroes.

Filled with grief, despair, and rage. The young wizard runs away and never to be seen for years to come. It wasn't long until he returned and possessed a magic far more powerful in existence and his mission to save lives from fallen in despair as Wizard, The Ringed Magician of Hope.
