Four years after Deku: The New Teen Titan.

All For One dies in prison by a mysterious virus.

The virus shuts down the host's brain and takes over their bodies through their brain stems. The virus also gives the infected host superpowers and immunity against magic(and superpowers), making them very dangerous.

After the virus took the world, Jump City became the only safe place.
However, Izuku and the Titans have to go back to where the pandemic had all started, Musutafu Japan, on a rescue mission to save Terra and the remaining members of the Justice League who had gone missing.
