AUTHOR'S NOTE

Joanna Beatrice is a part of a special section, but she doesn't feel like she belongs because she's not as smart as her classmates. She's a happy-go-lucky student whose motto in life is "Grades are just numbers." She doesn't see any reason to pressure herself just for the sake of good grades.

Her perspective on life had changed when a smart guy in their classroom caught her attention. He's one of the smartest kids in their section, and many students and even teachers admire him for that. He taught Joanna the importance of learning. But he didn't only teach Joanna the importance of learning; he taught her about something more exciting.
