Marttin is a scientist who lives in the 22nd century in Durban, located in South Africa. Despite living with his family, he spends the day working in his laboratory, with two assistants, and does not see his children and wife often. The three scientists are studying strategies to reduce the amount of waste on planet Earth and save the population. But, how long will Marttin be willing to save the planet?
