Across the entire globe, millions of women have gone missing over the last four months. In the United States alone, 500,000 young women have disappeared without a trace. In each case, the women are single, live alone, and are of child-bearing age. American journalist, Elizabeth Crane takes an interest in the phenomenon and is trying to bring awareness to the public. The federal government seems to know more than they're letting on and she will get to the bottom of it. That is, until she, herself is taken. Elizabeth comes to find out that aliens from another star system are kidnapping women to breed alien-human hybrids. She is shocked and horrified when she finds herself trapped in their mothership on the way to their planet. Until she meets Rhys, her assigned mate.
