Young, Poor, Orphan, and with a brother who has a mild Autism, Arkin is struggling hard to survive. He has to work for himself and for his brother Oh. His life is a complete mess but it is a little tolerable because of his best friend Pakadd, whom he doesn't know is crushing on him.
