Victoria Felton had an enemy at school by the name of Draco Malfoy.

Her and Draco grew up together, but once they started school, with Victoria being put in Ravenclaw, Malfoy turns against her.

He bullys her as much as he possibly can.

You would think he hated her as much as You Know Who hates Harry.
