A King A girl On the day of the first full moon of the winter. One losses everything The other wins the crown Destiny has untwined there fates but greed, power and jealousy threaten to destroy anything they could have been. ---------------------------- "You think that scarf can conceal your true identity." He whispers into the air his eyes focused on the scarf with a look of disdain. The next thing I know he is standing right in front of me. His head bowed down to be level with me, his eyes are so intense it feels as through they are burning through me. I couldn't move. He slowly raises his hand towards my face, grazing my cheek, then reaching behind my head he grabs the end of the scarf. He unwraps it, his eyes never leaving mine. Slowly layer after layer is peeled off. The fabric falls to the ground. I can feel his breath fanning over my face, steady and even. My breaths are coming out in short puffs, my body reacting to our proximity, heating up under his gaze. "Nothing could ever hide you from me." He whispers into my ear.
