When you grow up in the projects of Buffalo, New York, you get used to the drive-by's, the drugs, the hoes, all of it. One day when Rico goes to work, and somebody causes him to lose his job, he's left with no money. What's there to do in the projects of Buffalo, besides juug and rob? Rico's gotta do what Rico's gotta do.
