Isabella Stilinski was 7 years old when her little brother Stiles was born, she was 9 when he was diagnosed as being autistic. That was when she decided that she'd do everything she could to help her little brother make friends.

She was 11 when she met Derek Hale and Jordan Parrish at school and the three became inseparable. This is the story of Isabella and Stiles Stilinski and who they consider their friends.
