Arthur 'Pendragon' pennywort was an Adaptive God Eater that belonged to port Pennywort, but during one mission he was determined to be a liability by the port and decided to cast him away without even his god arc to defend himself, but rather than sulking and waiting for his death he decided to take action, he hid in the shadows and strengthened himself, he then found a shelter of sorts beneath the location he was left, inside was a lab and plastered on the wall was the name MetsubouJinrai.net and Hiden Intelligence.

After a few years of rummaging through the lab and fleeing and fighting the Aragami he was now able to defend himself... as Kamen rider Ikazuchi.

The events here start during the battle with the ash aragami Ra.
