Kara was never one of those hard believers in extraterrestrials. Never one to gaze into the heavens and wonder if anything else existed beyond their insignificant speck of a planet. That is, until she was the unwilling victim of extraterrestrial contact. In a matter of seconds, everything she had ever known and loved was stripped away. She was left, broken and alone, to pick up what remained of her soul and start again. A stranger on a new planet, she must learn to survive and adapt with the help of her unlikely protector.
