Kendra Bane has just finished college and has returned home. To help her Dad with his business. When she gets home she realizes that wasn't the truth and all the bedtime stories Pops told her growing up were all true. She ends up with a tough choice the town sheriff is charming and sweet. Rane however is always rude to her. She wants one man and her wolf wants the other. She has to figure out what is causing the problem in the pack the women are sterile. So Kendra takes it upon herself to figure out why. Which will put her in danger will her true mate save her? Will she figure out what is wrong with the women of the pack and why they can't reproduce? She finds a journal her mother wrote with a family secret in it.
